Nice easy solo run today.  I had a hard time keeping my pace to easy today, way to much in the 8's.  Not a bad problem to have, but with my long run tomorrow I would like fresh legs.  The effort was easy and the knee was a little tight but not too bad.  Now I get to spend the rest of my day with a little work, a lot of girls softball and moving out of my office.

Great miles this week! Have a fun weekend. How far you going tomorrow?

Seriously, I do not get how to keep myself going "slow"?? How do you do it? I feel your pain, there. It is all so complicated...I just want to run! Throw the dang Garmin out the window (well, not out the window, it cost too much) and GO.

Anyway, have you gotten some sleep???

marcie - I am planning on 18-20. We will see how it goes with softball.

Kelli - The going slow thing is hard, but I am really trying to keep my easy days easy. The only thing that kept my pace even in the 9's today was a big mile long hill in the wind. My effort felt extremely easy though.. Still not a lot of sleep other than Wednesday...I need to keep trying.

Hey Jody I made it home. Give me a call and let me know what you are doing tomorrow and maybe I will tag along for half. If that works for you if not I will go on my own!
