Met Paula and Renee for a post marathon hobble.  I am feeling much better than I did yesterday - sitting in a car for 4.5 hrs was not a good idea, even if we had 5 potty breaks (my girls have the worlds tiniest bladders).  I actually felt much better, but still to sore to run.  I tried but it was bad, bad, bad.  More hobbling to come this week.

If there's anything I took away from my first marathon it was that I must have not tried hard enough . In retrospect this is a definite as I only ran a 4:26. You, miss scorched up the pavement out there this weekend! Enjoy your rest week, and enjoy the soreness because you accomplished something most people never will - not just a 'thon, but a BQ 'thon! You rock!!!
