I was excited to run today because it had snowed yesterday.  I love to run after it snows.  My running partner canceled so I stayed close to home and ran a loop through my neighborhood 4 times.  It was a little icy so I had to take it slow at first but by the las lap I was able to run at race pace.

Wow, you went out without Paula - good for you! I did try out the mapmyrun site and thought it was neat - thanks. Well, the boys are up and busy as ever, so I'm going to try to clean - wish me luck!

Welcome to the blog! Always great to have more chics onboard! Cute picture! You're tough running through the winter in WVC! (I'm in St. George)You should come run the marathon down here next year with us bloggers!

I second that, Jody. If you can't make it to Moab for the half, you must definitely come to the St. George Marathon. That race is just riddled with Fast Running Bloggers.
