I scraped my calf again last night, it is much better,  but still not close to 100%.  I am going to take today off and maybe tomorrow as well.   I have been so surprised at the serious case of "Post Race Blues" that I have.  I am so happy with my race performance, but so lost without any thing to focus on right now.  Running is usually what helps when I feel sad, but no running.......

Happy Running!

You could always try going for a short bike ride? Just to the local park or something? Or just go for a nice fall walk outside :) You have earned this down time! You are a super runner! And if all else fails, you could always splurge and pick up a carton of your favorite ice cream ;p

Or some chocolate. Should I bring you some chocolate mint brownies from Kneaders? They make everyone feel better.

Get out and enjoy the weather this afternoon---the sun will do you good! Go for a walk (and eat a brownie while you walk)!! Have a great day and get feeling better so we can see you next week!

Hey, did you notice how close out rimes were again (even though I never saw you after the hill)? We are twinner runners.

Kelli - we are twin runners - two races, two almost identical times! It is a good sign - I need some of those Kneaders brownies!!! To bad I am working at home today. There is one just down the street from my office. They have helped me through many a rough day!
