I ran on the treadmill again.  I did hill work to make it feel like a quality workout. I had a quick bathroom break which helped break up the monotomy.  I have no idea how so many of you run so much on the treadmill.  I am asking again about running outside, even though I know the answer will be the same.  Again, so much sweat.  The only other time I have been this wet running was in the SGM - I am a mess when I am done.  I also decided to start counting animals I see out the window - They are in the road or crossing the street.  Today 5 cows - 2 black, 2 brown, 1 white; 1 white pig; 1 black dog - almost got hit by a car.  We will see what tomorrow brings.

Happy  Running!

Sorry for the monotony of the dreadmill. I actually used to not mind it (until I got hurt anyways). I would pick out a good book and just keep the speed at 7 or 7.5 mph and just get lost in my book. Before I knew it 45 or 50 minutes would fly by!

I'm scared of the dark and wont run in it by myself. I feel safer in my home and it's not cold. I hate cold.

As wet as SGM? Wow that is really saying something!

Good job getting your workouts in!
