I am finally blogging my run today - 8 hrs later.

Ran 3.26 with Jolynn, Paula is still sick.  Jolynn did great, it was her longest run with us and today was the fastest pace to date - 9:47.    She did a great job!

Ran 3.14 alone.  I really pushed the pace the entire time for this part.  The ave pace was 8:45- YEAH!  I had some serious GI issues today and was just grateful to make it home today.  My knees and calves were tight so it is a good thing I am seeing Josse today.

Ave Pace 9:25

Happy Running!

Nice you have someone even when Paula is sick! When are you going to India? How long? Tom went to India last August for 3 weeks. Have you been there before?

Kim - I leave on Friday at 12:30 am. We are stopping in NY for a day and then 2 days in London on our way. I will be there for 2 wks. I went in Oct 2006 for 3 wks and I am glad that this is a week shorter. I love the people and the work but miss my family terribly but I am always up for an adventure.

Your running group is growing! I bet pretty soon there will be 50+ in the running fellowship willing to brave winter weather with you :) I agree that May should be nice weather, not brutal cold, wind, snow, sleet! ick!

Let me know what kind of massage stuff you get done and if it works. I need to figure out something to do here
