Got up after 4.5 hrs of sleep to run today and found out that the fitness ctr at the hotel (it is brand new) has not opened yet.  UGH!  It is not safe to run outside so I went and got ready for work.  I have now been at work for 12 hrs and have probably 3-4 more.  I am planning on doing stairs tomorrow to get some sort of work out in.  Not really what I had planned.

Happy Running!

Glad you made it OK. That is a bummer that the fitness center isn't opened yet. Hope you have a great time working all those hours.

Make sure you try the NAAN!!!! I hear the real stuff is even better over there! ;) Mmm Thinking of India makes me hungry! What part of the country are you in? Make sure to take some photos if you get the chance! And don't worry if you can't get runs in. Your safety trumps running any day. Plus you won't lose much at all in a week.

Just remember that stairs use different muscles! One time I did my house stairs for a punishment for not getting my workout in. I think I went up and down them 50 times or so. The next day I had some pretty sore muscles! Also, with that many hours of work you might make yourself sick without enough rest. Good luck!

Thats too bad its closed. Maybe it will be good. Your leg/calf can get lots of rest. Be safe over there and good luck with all your work!

Yay India! Cool that you picked up some running clothes. Glad you didn't run outside, better to be safe. Good luck with the stairs and remember its Ok to miss a couple runs for the trip of a lifetime!
