Glad to be back at it today!  I will miss my lazy days and couch potato life.  My leg felt pretty good today and other than the wind it was not to bad.  Ended with a little walk home, some stretching and planks.

Yeah, I'll tell you this couch potato life is pretty addictive! Great job making it the whole week resting, you are patient. Glad to see you are back at it and feeling good!
