Complete Rest, Day 7: Yeah! I made it a full week. My leg is feeling much better, I am not sure how it will hold up to running but I am walking very well and not having issues in the night. I had to walk about .3 miles today to a meeting and another .3 back to my car and I walk very fast because I was cold and forgot a jacket. All this in a low wedge hill with out any pain - This is a good sign. Running tomorrow with Paula for a short easy run. My eating was much better today- breakfast, missed lunch do to my meeting but had a yogurt and crackers later in the afternoon.
