Back to the Oval to avoid snow being blown in our faces and being hit with a car.  Warmed up for a mile and then my friend the Butt Kicker was ready to go.  I hung with him for the first lap and fell a little behind on the second.  Much better than last time.  Thanked him as he headed for work and then finished up with another 5.75 miles to equal 7.25 for the day.  My legs were really tired today from yesterdays run but they survived.  Back outdoors tomorrow.  Hard to believe we miss being outside, but we do.

Happy Running!

GOOD JOB! Always nice to have the run over with for the day.

Excellent. If you keep running with that butt-kicker, soon he is going to be trying to keep up with you!

You are always inspiring me with your consistant hard runs! I'm sure he is always glad to get his run in before you get there as he probabley calls you the fast chic!! Wondering how he can keep his edge the whole time!!

You have such a competitive drive, hmmm..wonder where that comes from? hehe

Hey I sent Libby and Jake birthday cards today (tell them sorry they are so late, esp libs!) so they should be coming soon!

Jody, no shame with the Olympic Oval, greatness has been at that place, good place to get some of that greatness fairy dust. If I lived closer we would chase the butt kicker together.

Wow...you do not look old enough to be the mother of a teenager! I think you win the consistency award...you are doing awesome!
