10 1/2 hrs of sleep! I think it might be a record! My legs are still pretty tired so I am taking today of as a rest day. This helped quite a bit with last week and if I wasn't racing tomorrow, I would push myself out the door. But I am and I want less tired legs. I do not think that they will be 100% fresh legs because I had too many tough workouts early in the week but they will be better that they are today. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE RACING TOMORROW!
