After two late nights, it was hard to get up this morning.   I was wondering how hot it would be last night when I left baseball at 9:15 and it was still 100 degrees.   Temp ended up being 86 and I am not sure what the humidity was, but it was high.  I ran a mile to meet Annette and then we did 6 together and I finished up with 3 on  my own.   We carried water and stopped every 1.5 - 2 miles to drink.  I actually felt better when I started picking up the pace, instead of easy off....interesting.

Avg Pace 8:50 - last two were sub mp

3 miles during lunch at the Y.  Had a nice time visiting with ladies from the office, which made time fly.

Avg Pace 8:48

Great runs today Jody! The temp is getting to me too. I am going to have to go off of you and drink every 1.5-2 miles instead of 3-3.5. My body just feels like it's going to blow up out there!

Do you come home and lay under the fan on a cold tile floor?

Ooohhh - cold tile! That sounds heavenly. Unfortunately, I have to hurry and get ready for work. I always walk for a minute outside, but as soon as that is done, it is a ginormous glass of water and shower - sometimes cold.

I am amazed how much I sweat. My clothes are dripping wet every day, disgusting.

My clothes are like that too! I hate running and feeling the sweat drip down the back of your legs. So gross!
