Absolutely beautiful morning! 63 degrees, 67% humidity and 4mph winds....this is as good as it gets here in FW during the summer. I met Annette for some easy mile this morning and we enjoyed chatting and watching the sunrise.

Those temps do sound VERY nice. Yesterday the humidity was 86% here when I was running. I think it usually is but my husband read me the weather forecast.
NICE runs this week. Sure does help to have a COMMITTED running buddy. The girls around my neck of the woods don't "get it."
