What a morning! I ran to CVS to meet Annette who ended up oversleeping. So 1 mile to the store and then another circling the parking lot. At this point I knew I would need to make a pit stop at some point but thought I could run around the block and stop at my house. The first two miles were fine, but the third was a mess - I probably had to stop and collect myself a half dozen times.... Pit stop at the house and then another 3 more miles to make 8 for the day. It was probably okay that I ended up on my own, because we had planned on doing some speed work, but my legs were tired....how they get tire from sitting on airplanes all day long is beyond me.
