Another yucky winter day in FW. 2.2 miles on the treadmill... Spin class...2 more treadmill miles. I am trying to introduce some cross training to my life and today was a first attempt at spin. It was hard, but not as bad as I thought and I do need to adjust my bike differently next time. I could feel it in my legs right from the warm up and I have no idea how much resistance you should really have, but I sweated up a storm, breathed hard and had jello-y legs afterwards. The first .5 on the treadmill after spin was rough but got going and was sad to have to go get kids ready for school.
