Ran on my own today. Paula was going to go, but over slept - lucky her! It was good practice because I have not done a lot of that lately. I wanted get some down hill miles in preparation for SG, so I ran up for 4 miles and then down hill and flat for another 6. I had a hard time getting going on the down hill but finally got there.

Have a good day.

Great job getting those fast miles in on your own, sometimes its hard to motivate yourself to do that alone!

Great miles Jody. You are so on track to do great. It has been a lot of fun tracking everyones progress over the past few months. This blog is great.

You're running this Summer has been a real inspiration to me. You're going to do awesome in St. George. Good luck this week churning out those miles!
