Ran (hobbled) and walked with Paula this morning.  I decided I should dress like a runner and that might help, instead of a walker like yesterday.  I was still pretty sore but we alternated running and walking.  My quads ended up feeling really good, I just have the cramp in my right calf that I cannot get to go away.   Overall, I feel much better.

You did so much better today. Just enjoy the down time and know that you will have to get back at it way to soon. Thanks again for getting out with me!!

I did not get to chat with you at all down there on the other end of the table---but you looked like you were walking okay! That is all that matters right now.

So, are ya going to Boston?

Kelli,

I felt bad I never got to chat with you. I had to hurry home because my husband had left work to go pick up my sick daughter at school. I am walking much better today but my calf is still a big knot. I am going to Boston. Are you? My husband cannot go so I am alone for right now. Michelle and Julie's husbands are going. You should come!

You are more than welcome to come with us Jody. My husband plans on going to 3 baseball games while we are there. So I may be on my own a lot.

Julie - Thanks! You know I would love to come with you guys. I am actually getting really excited. Have you signed up yet? We missed you at lunch today.

Glad you are feeling less sore today! Looks like its going to be raining when I am up there, cant the rain just leave us alone for a weekend? :)

I am 95% sure I will go, and Scott will come observe (and maybe hop on the course as a bandit and jog with me---as I totally plan to just JOG and enjoy the ride).

Now to get him to qualify next year so he can really run it!
