Ran the first 4.25 with Renee this morning.  We had a nice time visiting, which caused us to be way to slow.  I dropped her off and then went to add on 3 more.  I felt like I was below MP and close to 10K but when I was done the garmin only showed 1 at 10K and the rest were slower than MP  - Booo!  Not to worry too much, I really was not supposed to do any "speed" work this week.  

 So just a funny thing - I was reading Benn's report and I am SOOO excited for him!!  WAHOO!!  but as I was reading it, my husband called to tell me that his 81 yr old mother just got engaged to her 90 yr old boyfriend - Love is in the air :)

So Ruth got engaged! Thats exciting for them. Hey that article on Jay was in the supplement portion of the spectrum today. It was good and they mentioned your name in it too.
