Nice easy run with Paula this morning. My right achilles and knee were sore so a couple of stops to stretch along the way were necessary.

Noon:  40 mins of pool running.  I am not sure how it equates to miles so I am not counting it.  My kids got a big kick out of me only wanting to pool run - not do anything else.  Pretty soon we were having races, but unfortunately I lost everyone because I ran and they would end up swimming.

Great job on the smokin' fast mileage! My husband wants to pool run (he is injured), but he is afraid our pool isn't deep enough. it's about 6 feet deep and he is 6'3". Does the water have to be over your head to run in the pool?

I have tried both and I do better in the deep end but I use a noodle to stay afloat. I just run laps in the deep end or across. If he can float a little on a noodle he would probably be okay. I would say try it out.
