I took the early flight home this morning and had planned on running when I got back, but I am feeling horrible today.  I am hoping it will pass soon.  I am not sure what to expect tomorrow at the DesNews 10K.  I only got 3 hrs of sleep last night and not feeling well today at all is making me lower my expectations.  We will see what we get.

Happy Running!

3 Hours of Sleep?!?! That's not sleep! That's a NAP! HAha. Enjoy your day and just run for fun :) You can never let yourself down if you go out there just to have a good time. I always try to find something positive with each and every run.

Jody, start up front, don't get stuck in the pack, your strong, brave and one of the WOWs. You will have a very good race. Also, you will set 10K PR, my prediction: 49:10.

Stay Kool, no pressure and have fun, B of BS Rools out

Wow, lots of people are feeling sluggish this week (including me!). As LaurenO said, there must be something in the water! Regardless, you are strong enough to pull off a great race tomorrow. GOOD LUCK!

I enjoy your blog (just found it recently) and wish you good luck in the race. I'll be there too, but will probably finish 10 min behind you; I'm a racewalker so I'm a bit slower (I hope to finish in 58-58:30). Anyway, have a fantastic race!!!!!!

I'm so impressed with how you keep up the training with all the traveling you do! Pat yourself on the back! The trail by Puget Sound sounds like it was beautiful! GOOD LUCK at the race tomorrow, I hope you get feeling better!!
