Another treadmill run.  I worked 15 hrs again yesterday but didn't sleep well so I was up in time to run.  I wanted to do a speed work out today with a 5K about race pace.  I did a 1.5K warm up, followed by a 5K run and then a 1.5K cool down.   I completed the 5K portion in 23:11.  So if it had not been on a treadmill and it had been a race it would be a PR.  I am pretty happy about that.  I had no idea of my pace per mile but I hated the last 1.5 of the 5K portion and wanted to quit so I knew I was working hard.  I could not get the pictures to post, so here is a link to my family blog and the pictures are there.  Enjoy!

 Happy Running!

WOW, those pictures of Paris are beautiful!! And it looks very smoggy in India. I can not believe the motorcycle thing, I hope they do not go very fast!!

AMAZING run this morning. To PR on a treadmill is quite the accomplishment. I hate treadmills so much I can not even go remotely fast for very long. GOOD JOB!!

You always have the best music on your family blog. Great pictures! What an experience you are having with these India trips (isn't this your 2nd?). Kudos for getting the runs in and being GRATEFUL. Theme of the month, right? Great job! (BTW can't wait to see what you can do with your next 5k- it will ROCK!)
