Absolutely horrible!! I woke up not feeling 100% and should have taken that for a sign and gone back to bed. My legs were okay, I think it is more my shoes at this point than anything, but my new ones still have not arrived. I could not get my rhythm at all. It was such a struggle to move and try to run. We ended up calling it an easy day because no matter how hard I tried it would not work. More to try tomorrow PM - Headed back out to redeem myself and "climb back on the horse" as they say. So much better! I am always amazed at how much faster I am at nights. I refilled my "mom cup" and my "running cup." Two lessons learned: I need to warm up more/wake up earlier, 10 min before I leave is not enough. #2 I miss my Mizuno shoes (I ran in an old pair) - Came home and ordered more. Ave pace for the 3 miles 8:13. Happy Running! |
