AM - 10 miles easy w/ Andrea. Woke up to rain, so we went grocery shopping first, and then it was really nice outside by the time we got started. The new track at Olympus high school is in place.

Good thing you waited to run. It's no fun running in cold rain. Warm rain is ok, though. It's cool that you have access to tracks. Up here in the Ogden area, they lock all the high school tracks and I'm not sure why.

Very impressive BLOGS, I have been reading your blogs for the past 3 weeks now. I find myself reading them daily! I grew up in Logan Utah. I was a soccer player since retiring I am now a runner. I am trying to get to a 1:10 1/2 marathon! Good Luck in PHILLY!!!
