You have been getting some solid miles lately Jake...on top of the skiing.

The biggest obstacle right now is WORK :-)

I'm running totally plan-less right now and it's going pretty well, I feel good. Getting out in the mornings for 5-10 miles depending on how early I need to get to work... and then either running w/ Andrea or skiing in the evenings... and then backcountry skiing is top priority on the weekends, only running if I especially feel like it. Seems like I end up in the 50-75 mpw range... which is good, I won't really push to do more than that until skiing winds down (then running will wind up) in the summer.
