I thought about sliding around barefoot on the sheet of ice we have in Payson this morning but then I fell twice on the 25 meter walk to my car.

Yeah this storm stayed on a SW track so we didn't really get much precipitation... it stayed south. Definitely COLD but that's alright w/ me... better than slippery!

I was wondering why you failed to mention the FRIGID temps. I'm sure the wind chill was in the single digits. Were you dressed like a Ninja?

Blaze orange ninja... w/ ski socks.
I just figure its implied that its cold from December to March. Honestly I didn't think it was too bad, although if I ran much longer I'm sure my fingertips would have started to protest. I'm trying to get my winter toughness back up! ... Right before going to Arizona for 10 days :-)

Jake, you've gotta find time today to drop in on Letsrun and listen to the radio interview with Alberto and others. It's on BBC 5 Live - called US Super Coaches. 2 hrs of top stuff.

I'm about halfway into it right now. Great radio. Much more interesting than listening to the ESPN guys talk about football!
