Sounds good.

I would like to run to and from work, but the thought of running to work in rush hour traffic doesn't sound appealing, and running home at 2:00 in the morning sounds even worse.

Yeah I hear ya on that! Luckily we live just the right distance away from Huntsman to make it possible for me.

That is a nice distance. My work moved last year so its a 19 mile run for me. I've only managed it once.

Haha Rob that would be a tough day to run to and from work! Good training for a 100 miler though :-)
