AM - 16 miles. Wasatch Blvd / 6200S loop. Kept a pretty good pace (avg 5:59/mi) and picked it up a bit at the end, hitting the last couple in ~5:20. Last 10 miles was ~56:30. Good little test for the hamstring. I'm getting really anxious to start rolling again. After I finished I did 30 minutes of very light pool jogging w/ Andrea. Nice way to cool down the muscles. |
