AM - 10 miles. Short atrophy-buster workout on the track - 4 x (400-200-200m) (2-2-4). Averaged 68.3 for the 4s and 33.6 for the 2s. Just something to wake my legs up and bridge the gap between the marathon and getting back into workouts next week.
PM - 4 miles at the Nebo XC meet.
