AM - 5 miles, horsepark loop. Then biked up to work.
PM - 4.4 miles after biking home. Realized that I've run 4.4 for 4 afternoons in a row, all different routes. Lots of 4s.

Seems like you'd go through a lot more shoes running the horsepark loop. It's good you get them for free.

I did 3 laps in the cemetery today. The outer loop is almost exactly 1.5 miles with no people or cars. Might want to check it out sometime or cut through on your way to work.

That would probably be a really good tempo loop. Maybe a little spooky in the mornings (especially since its Halloween season). I need to check that out.

My loop included going out to the sidewalk on highland drive so those are some sharp turns. I bet there is 1 mile loop in there with only rounded turns.
It was a little spooky but only because it was so quiet.

Tempo loops are hard to find! I never feel fast on a hilly tempo.

I know... I have a great, flat, 1.5 mile tempo loop about 3/4 of a mile from home. I'm very comfortable spinning circle after circle after circle on that loop :-)
