AM - 15.1 miles, up to work. Ran about an hour w/ Andrea and Allie. SUPER WINDY this morning, especially once I started heading up the hill on Sunnyside. Holy moly it was like running against a wall! Hope all of you running TOU get that wind next weekend! :-) Hit 4000 miles for the year this morning... I'm 99.9% sure I've never run more than 3500 miles in a year before... and even that might be pushing it.

PM - 7.2 miles home.

Nice! 4000 and September's not even 1/3 done yet. Looking forward to your upcoming race reports.

Man, you're a mileage maniac!

4000 MILES?? Dang, I always assumed you were reporting kilometers!

I was under the impression that all you guys were logging nautical miles, so I was just trying to keep up!
