AM - 20.6 miles. Long run up in Ogden w/ Andrea, Allie, and Ken, who managed to sneak away for 15 miles even though his wife just had a baby :-) Really nice run... 15 on the roads, then the last part on a rolling singletrack trail. It was cold when we started, we all wished we had gloves!

gloves would have been nice, but you were right on about the body suit -- that would have been ideal.

Are you guys going to run the Fabulous Alta Peruvian Downhill Dash and Bar-B-Q Bash next Saturday? Best race in Utah, no contest. Great food, a keg, and they rent rooms at the closed for the season lodge for runners.

My quads won't let me run it... they are too afraid of the potential aftermath. It does sound like a lot of fun. I do want to run up to the top of Hidden Peak soon (Xterra prep) and take the tram down. Maybe we'll do that on Saturday and then watch you guys run 4 minute miles down the canyon.
