AM - 17 miles. Early morning run on the country roads in Heber and Midway with Rob M. Quiet, cool, really nice morning. Then I went for a short walk with my parents and jogged another 3 minutes w/ Andrea.

PM - 5.3 miles

Nice pics. We will need to add skeet shooting to the multi sport decathlon. Those orange saucony's would look great with hunting gear.

Only diet dew out on the range.... Gotta stay extreme!

Once Andrea gets a little more practice and maybe a 20 gauge gun, she's gonna be tough o beat.
