AM - 8 miles. Had to get this one in early (at 4am) before flying from Knoxville back to SLC. Back is feeling even better than yesterday, although being on airplanes for the past 7 hours didn't really aid the recovery process.

PM - 8.9 miles easy. Ran down to Sugarhouse, met Andrea, ran some loops on the grass... the usual routine.

Good to see you're back is feeling better. I'm sure the plane wouldn't help at all. I bet a muscle relaxer would would make everything right again :)
