AM - 15 miles. Slept in (almost 12 hours asleep!) and then went up to Jeremy Ranch. Ran the first 8.5 w/ Andrea to Mormon Flat and back, then did another out and back to the Morgan County fence. Always enjoy this run! 6000 feet feels easy breezy after where we were running down in the Brian Head area.

PM - 7 miles on the historic Park City Rail Trail.

Very cool -- both sleeping for 12 hours and running Jeremy Ranch Road.

we have been woken up two mornings now -- very early -- one by Zula-the-cat (crying about who knows what -- I think she is just letting everyone know how much she enjoys walking on roof rafters -- we are staying in a cabin that has an open ceiling with log beams coming from a loft area). Last night, and early this morning, we were woken by a skunk ... very close.

I think I'm doing Jeremy Ranch early tomorrow morning if my body is willing. I'm ten pounds heavier than I was at this time last year and need to start logging some miles.

Where do you park when you do this run?

I'm pretty sure you legally blood doped after your high altitude vacation last week. If 6000ft felt easy, imagine how sea level is going to feel!

Rob - what time? We are staying up in PC tonight and I was thinking of running the Jupiter peak course... But going back to JR sounds a lot more appealing. We'd be willing to meet early...

Melody - we start here: http://g.co/maps/hu2mf

Yeah being up super high was like legally doping. My resting HR was 35 when we got home from the trip! Now I just need to re-train my legs to go faster than 8:00 pace!

Awesome running Jake! Running at Sea level is going to feel awesome. 6,000 feet is high!

Unfortunately I'm sure the altitude effect will wear off by the time I make my next jaunt down to sea level... in like 6 months

Nice work Jake!
