AM - 9 miles. Dimple Dell gully. Upper section w/ the xc team and then Kevin and I added on a few more miles in the lower section.
Skipped the PM run and hiked up to Lake Blanche. [~6.5 miles r/t, 2500']

I used to think Bam wasn't real, now I'm wondering about Utah. My eyes don't quite know how to read those landscapes (it's a cliche, but they look like paintings). New England (where I'm from) is nice, but it's not THAT nice. Some day!

We've got trips to Wyoming / Montana planned for the summer that will blow these lakes away.
The thing that SLC has that no other "real" city in the US can compete with is that I can drive 20 minutes from home and be at a trailhead for hikes like these. Hard to top.
