AM - 9 miles. 5K LT Tempo on the track in 15:54 (5:05, 5:07, 5:05, :36). 3 up/down. Maybe not quite lactate threshold, but in the ballpark. Need to just hold that pace for 10 more miles next Saturday!
PM - 6 miles. Horsepark loop with Kevin.

Nice week, Jake! A 5k tempo on the track is one of my favorite workouts. I used to do that a fair amount during college. You are ready for Duluth!

I think there will be an internet stream of the finish line, but if races like NYC and Boston can barely get on TV, this one definitely isn't :-)

No AF Half Marathon for you?

You're trolling and trying to get me in trouble Rob. I already got in hot water for my comments about glow-stick runs last night, so I have to let this one slide... :-)
