AM - 4.5 miles easy on campus. PM - 5.3 miles. Last little workout before the weekend. Met Andrea and measured out a mile w/ our bikes on Wasatch Blvd that had an average -1% gradient. Down for 2/3 of the way and then back up a bit over the last 1/3. Ran 2 x 1 mile w/ jogging the mile back as recovery - 4:57, 4:55. Felt like about half-marathon effort. Ready to roll!
