I know the exact spot you were running through. I used to live 200 yards from Great Harvest.

I think you smell it once you are within the 200 yard radius. It makes you want to break through their window! :-)

Nice medium long! I can almost smell that bread through my phone.

YUM! Bread is the king of getting FAT! Not that your 28 year old body has to worry about that. I never used to until the last year. SUckY!

Haha! All I want now is an entire loaf cinnamon bread!
From Lulu Walls on Thu, May 17, 2012 at 09:07:25 from 155.100.212.98
Hmmmmm cinnamon bread would make my day so much better. What's up with this Top-It place?
From Tina on Thu, May 17, 2012 at 09:10:17 from 75.162.208.143
My yoga place is in the plaza next to Top It. I'm always slightly annoyed that both Top It and Great Harvest are closed on Sundays when I want food after class!

Uhhhh... its amazing, that's all. Fro-Yo and a choice of 6 dozen toppings. What can beat that?! :-)
From Lily on Thu, May 17, 2012 at 09:11:29 from 67.199.178.210
I think you need to hit up yogurt land in Orem :)

AAAaaaahhhhh ... I used to work at a Physical Therapy clinic that was right there!!! (Just behind the fire station)
Come to think of it I think my yellow frequent yogurt card is in need of another punch!
Your miles are always impressive.
Happy Thursday! :)

Love great harvest....like so much! I may or may not stop by on occasion just for the samples......and a water of course! :)
From Andrea on Thu, May 17, 2012 at 09:44:44 from 72.37.244.100
THEY HAVE FREE SAMPLES?!
From Jake K on Thu, May 17, 2012 at 09:48:45 from 155.100.226.54
Great Rachelle, now that you told Andrea that little factoid about the free samples, we'll never do a run OTHER than the Holladay loop :-)
From Rachelle on Thu, May 17, 2012 at 09:48:53 from 159.212.71.25
Yes Great Harvest, Kneaders, Yogurtland, and Costco are my top 4 favorite places for samples. :) They give free full slices of bread at GH and Kneaders it is legit! I work right next to Kneaders and may stop by like 3 times a week.....I buy a sandwhich every once in a while just to round things out. :)
From Jake K on Thu, May 17, 2012 at 09:55:31 from 155.100.226.54
I always make sure I have an empty stomach when we go to Costco. I also have a tendency to give myself a brain freeze at yogurt places by quickly devouring as much as possible using the sample cups :-)

i used to work at great harvest. if i still did, i would bring you free bread every day -- i couldn't give it away fast enough. i suddenly had a lot of friends at that time in my life...
the free samples are huge -- they will give you whatever you want. if you tell them you need five slices of bread because you have a bunch of babies in the car, they will give it to you, no questions asked. free butter and honey too.
From Rob Murphy on Thu, May 17, 2012 at 10:34:32 from 205.127.70.66
Except for the one at 9th and 9th. They now limit the free samples so I don't go there anymore.
From Andrea on Thu, May 17, 2012 at 10:50:05 from 72.37.244.100
How did I not know about this before? There is one approximately 2 miles from my work...
From runningafterbabies on Thu, May 17, 2012 at 21:23:16 from 71.195.219.247
This thread had my stomach grumbling. YUM! I just might have to strategically plan my long run ending right by a GH...
