AM - 8.1 miles up to work. PM - 7 miles. Ran from work down to the Sugarhouse track (~5 mi), then did a quick set of reps to feel out 5K pace. Ran 6 x 300m in 53-54 seconds (100m jog in between), and then 2 x 200m in ~32 seconds. Looking forward to running Draper Days on Saturday and seeing if I can be in the mix. |
