AM - 7.5 miles. We got down to Springdale last night, so this morning I ran from our hotel to the park and then did an out & back along the Parus Trail. Just a stunning run.

And the rest of the day was even better... hiked Angel's Landing (which Andrea had never done before) and then spent some more time exploring around. Fun day.

Great pictures. If it's too cold for the Narrows it's easy to get a backcountry pass to hike the subway from the bottom up this time of year. You stay pretty dry hiking the subway except for the last 1/4 mile.

Well I doubt the racing fire is going to stp burning anytime soon... But I don't think te two are mutually exclusive... Just gotta do the fun adventures during the downtime between the bigger races.
