AM - 5 miles. First half with Andrea and then finished w/ 4 x 1/4 mile on the dead-end street in 69, 68, 67, 64... but the street is ~2% downhill so the effort was ~5K. None of those would have been under 72 on the track. Just wanted to get a little neuromuscular stimulus without being taxing.

PM - 4 miles.

Yep, Murray 5K. No flag shorts though, gotta stick w/ my Saucony uniform. My dream is that Saucony buys Boa and then they incorporate the flag shorts into our racing uniforms :-)

Its way up north, near Yellowstone. Saving my flag shorts for that one. We're heading up that way immediately after the 5K tomorrow morning. Looking for cooler weather and grizzly bears!

You might get some cooler temps up there. My sister lives in Victor, Idaho. She said the past week has been brutally hot for the area, but yesterday it cooled down to 78 while it was nearly 100 here. Have a fun trip.

have fun at the race tomorrow, and at sawtelle. fritz should get a referral bonus -- he almost convinced us to do it as well. i expect instagram photos of you and andrea with gold coins in your eye sockets.

have a great trip. we have to get more JAJAFAK(etc) runs going now -- even if they are short and sweet, everyone can run at least one mile, and i'm not sure that has ever been the case.
