AM - 15 miles. Ran on the JRP w/ Andrea, Emily B, Fritz, and Rob. Nice run and good conversations as always! It is a shame that we'll be out of town next weekend because Rob and Fritz are planning a post-apocalyptic run on I-80 on Christmas morning :-)

PM - 4 miles around the block, nice & easy.

It was a fun run. I forgot how nice that trail is. I am looking forward to running on the overpass at the i-80/i-15 junction then seeing if we can make all the way to the 6th south exit without being stopped.

This is the PreRace from First Endurance I was thinking of buying. Check out the video that describes the clinical trial results.

And here is the Ultragen that triathletes and Cyclists swear by for recovery. http://www.firstendurance.com/nutrition/ultragen.html Optygen is the other product people rave about but it is super pricey. One of these days I will convince them to put EFS liquid shot in packets.

With the Pro Deal and a coupon I can get about 50% off one order so let me know if you are interested in anything.

Thanks man I'll take a look at that stuff.

Looping those overpasses is going to be really sweet... gotta make sure to run the tangents, though.

Oh man, I wish I was going to be home too, I've always thought running I-15 early in the morning would be great cause it's lit the whole way, but with a group on Christmas, wearing Santa hats would be Awesome. You're wearing Santa hats aren't you?

Rob - I would wear a full Frosty the Snowman suit (if I had one!)
