AM - 15 miles. EASY 2 hours on the Elk Refuge and then on the bike path heading north from town where Andrea joined me.

Out friends were able to borrow their friends' boat for the day, so we took it out on Jackson Lake, after spending a few hours doing trail restoration at the National Museum of Wildlife Art.

First 1/2 mile on the road in 2:20. Felt good. Next 1.8 miles up the mountain... wanted to die. May or may not have ripped hamstring off the bone. May or may not have walked. Took the chairlift back down.
