AM - 13 miles. Easy Christmas morning run... 10 miles w/ Andrea. Finished with form drills and 6 uphill sprints (walk back down).

PM - 9 miles. Shorts and sunshine! Great run, quick pace... felt like spring outside. Today was a low-key day at the North household... just the immediate family, so lots of time to relax... and run twice :-)
