AM - 13.4 miles, up to work. 8.5 w/ Andrea.

PM - 4.4 miles, down to Sugarhouse.

*OktoberFAST 5K: We'll start the race at 9am on Saturday (Oct 1) at the Highland High School track. If you are planning to come, send me an email / private message w/ your name, age, and a seed time. We need to know how many people to expect. If we have a volunteer to start a timer, we can use my laptop and a stopwatch as a backup. If we don't have any volunteers, it might end up being more of a time trial (and I'll try to finish quickly and get the times for everyone behind me). Supposedly Saucony is sending us race bibs.

Its a great idea! Sorry, I can't be there (St. George).

From Paul on Mon, Sep 26, 2011 at 12:18:41 from 24.10.141.104

I may be there, but will have two kids in tow, so won't be running. Maybe I can handle the timing. I'll let you know.

Paul - your help would be greatly appreciated if you can make it. You and AdamRW could always do a 100m stroller-push exhibition race afterwards! :-)

From Andrea on Mon, Sep 26, 2011 at 13:23:28 from 72.37.244.100

I would love to see a stroller push 100m dash!

From Paul on Mon, Sep 26, 2011 at 13:29:03 from 24.10.141.104

My kids can both run (or walk at least). They can race w/o the stroller. No sense in forcing me to exert myself.

Haha true you are still technically in post-TOU recovery mode, right?

Oh snap. That is this weekend. Email on it's way.

jun we'll make sure there is an aid station with chicken soup for you halfway around the track... i'm not sure you are used to these kind of "less than a full day" races

I also need a fold-out chair, an umbrella, and someone to massage my upper thighs.

Jun- If I wasn't running St. George I would be there for your leg massage.
