AM - 11 miles on the Jordan River path w/ Andrea, Emily J, Rob, Allie, James, and Bryan. There was just a little dusting of snow on the path... enough to make you pay attention so you wouldn't slip. Gotta get those snow/ice legs back under me. The sun came out and it was a really pleasant morning. Nice run... good conversations always make the time fly by.

PM - 4.4 miles, ran up to Smiths on 3300S and met Andrea so we could do our grocery shopping. Nothing beats an all uphill shakeout run.

Not to be contrary or anything, but I can think of plenty of things that beat an uphill shakeout run.I'll start a list...

1. Puppies

FYI, Davis boys finished 3rd in the U.S. today. American Fork 6th. I'd say two teams in the top 6 is more than our fair share.

First time all year Davis beat AF.

We watched the webcast. Pretty exciting races... they did a better job with the coverage of that meet than most pro level races that are on TV.

Alright, I guess pretty much everything beats an all uphill shakeout run... but at least the weather was nice!

Rob - the live webcast was pretty fun to watch. It was great to see how happy Corbin and his team were when they got 3rd!

Totally agree on the puppies thing!!!
