AM - 10 miles. LT Reps: 6 x 3/4 Mile in 3:44 avg - 3:45, 3:44, 3:47, 3:43, 3:43, 3:43. Recovery was ~80 second jog back to the start of the loop. Was planning on more reps but overslept a little bit and this was all I had time for. Good enough, haven't touched this pace in a while and we're going longer tomorrow, so cutting down today's workload isn't necessarily a bad thing. Agree. PM - 5 miles.
