Welcome to the blog. Congrats on Buffalo Run 50K. I watched you finish and was blown away at your time. Any other ultras in the new future?

Thanks. Buffalo Run was definitely an eye-opening experience for me, in that its seems I am built for those kinds of races. I don't think I'll run anymore ultra-distances in 2011, though. Probably next spring again... I find it easier to just log lots of miles over the winter months, rather than try to do hard workouts and run fast. Part of me just wants to stick to the roads for a while, but part of me also wants to see what I could do in a 50 miler! :-)
