Went out from the house today, 1 mile warm up, 1.25 miles at 7:11, 2 minute recovery, 1 mile at 6:49, 2 min. recovery, .62 miles at 6:39, 2 min. recovery, .50 at 6:22 pace, 1 mile cool down.
I was about 10 seconds off my goal pace for every one. It was hard to find the pace with the hills and the wind, plus it was dark so I could not see my garmin. Overall it was a pretty good run. I almost mowed down a lady on the path with a big group of runners, everyone moved over except her, good thing I am agile on my feet. Bob and weave, bob and weave. |
