Married to Dawn (she has gone from a hesitant supporter to runner girl since mid-2010) , one son and three daughters, 3 granddaughters, 1 grandson.

9 mile morning run through Rexburg, Idaho. Ran to Porter Park, did laps around the perimeter trail, then up and around the BYU-I campus, south of the campus, back to Porter Park, more laps and back to my daughter's home. The lingering smoke from the wildfires gave me a headache for the rest of the day.
